Get ready for a birthday party that’s anything but ordinary! At Crashpad, we’re turning parties into epic adventures your child will never forget. Imagine them and their friends scaling walls, conquering challenges, and celebrating in a super-fun, action-packed environment. Best of all? It’s completely stress-free for you. Our certified climbing coaches manage the whole thing, ensuring a safe, memorable, and high-energy experience.
Party Time: Fuelling the Fun.
After all the epic climbing, it’s time for the birthday bash! We will have a special party area reserved just for your group where the kids can enjoy some yummy food, sing “Happy Birthday,” and open presents. The celebration lasts for a whole hour of food and festivities.
The Fine Print
(But Important Stuff)
Parents are welcome to hang out and watch the fun from our viewing area. Just a heads-up: every kid needs a signed Agreement of Risk form from their parent or guardian before they can climb.
How much does it cost?
And how many kids can be invited?
Price is €30 per child, with a minimum of 6 children. For safety reasons, we can accept 24 children (ages 8+) or 16 children (between 5 and years old). A 30% deposit is required when booking a birthday party.
Birthday Party Schedule
Arrival: Guests should arrive 30 minutes prior to the coaching session to allow time for check-in and shoe fitting.
Coaching Session: One hour with our instructors, including climbing and organised games.
Food & Celebration: Following the coaching, one and a half hours allocated for food and the remainder of the party.

When Can We Party?
Birthday party slots are currently on Sunday mornings. Other slots may be available upon request. Please ask using the form below.
What's Included?
Birthday parties are 2.5 hours long, including 30 minutes for registration and shoe sizing, 1 hour of climbing supervised by Crashpad staff and 1 hour of birthday celebration. Party food and / or cake can be booked upon request.
Can I bring my own party food?
Yes, the MiniPad Kids Area has a party area where you can place your party food, birthday cake and for parents to relax while their kids climb.
