Clava – Account Creation FAQ

Clava is the gym management platform we use at Crashpad. It lets you easily book sessions, check your memberships, manage payments and stay updated with new gym events — all in one place. 

How do I create an account?
  1. Go to our website and click on “Your Account” in the top menu.

  1. Then click “Sign Up” and fill in your name, email address, and password.
  2. Once you’ve completed the form, check your email to verify your account — and you’re ready to go!
Do I need an account to book sessions?

Yes. Creating an account lets you book classes, manage your membership, and check your schedule.

What about children under 18?

Children under 18 do not have their own Clava accounts.


Their legal guardian will manage their profile through their own Clava account.

  1. All bookings and purchases must be made by the legal guardian.
  2. An additional Acknowledgment of Risk (AoR) must be signed for each child.
  3. The inclusion of minors to a guardian’s account must be completed at the front desk — our staff will link the profiles for you.

This ensures that all minors are correctly registered and covered by a signed waiver before participating.

Acknowledgment of Risk (AoR) / Waiver

What is the Acknowledgment of Risk (AoR)

The Acknowledgment of Risk is a standard waiver that confirms you understand the risks involved in climbing and other gym activities. It ensures you take personal responsibility for your participation.

Do I need to sign the AoR before climbing?

Yes. All participants must complete and sign the Acknowledgment of Risk form before using the climbing facilities. This includes both members and first-time visitors.

How do I sign the AoR?

You can sign the AoR digitally through Clava:

  1. Go to our website and click “Your Account.”
  2. Log in (or create an account if you don’t have one yet).
  3. You’ll be prompted to review and sign the Acknowledgment of Risk form before making your first booking.

You can also access it later under your account settings if needed.

Do I need to sign the AoR every time I visit?

No — you only need to sign it once, unless the form has been updated or you’ve had a long gap in membership.
